Family Snowshoe Hike at Chippewa Moraine, Sat. Feb 1
Bring the family and join the Ice Age Trail Alliance, Girl Scouts, and Mayo Clinic Health System at a family snowshoe hike at the Chippewa Moraine on Saturday, Feb. 1 from 1-2:30 p.m. Light snacks and warm beverages await at the conclusion. A limited number of snowshoes are available to borrow at the event. Choose a group to match your skill and exertion level, and we’ll be off to enjoy the ponds and trails of the Chippewa Moraine from a whole new perspective. It is positively magical!
The activities begin promptly at 1 p.m., so please come early to allow time for snowshoe fitting, sign in, etc.
Please register for the event or call 866-375-7464 (toll-free). Register by Jan. 27.
Our thanks to Mayo Clinic Health System for their support and the Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes for their participation.
Volunteers needed: If you are interested in joining the fun and helping at the event, whether by leading a hike, helping with registration, or keeping the fire burning, please contact us!
